To expand and grow
With a mission to expand and grow the List Group’s business in the Philippines. The board of Directors of List Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Yuki Tsubomatsu as Chief Operating Officer of List Sotheby's International Realty Philippines.
With the use of his expertise in management, he will continue to strengthen and provide its clientele with unparalleled service.
A few insights from the newly appointed COO.
What do you envision for the company's short term and long term performance in the industry?
As one of our prominent strengths is the global network which covers more than 1,000 offices scattering 72 countries, we are excited to tap on international markets, especially for those whose interest in Philippines market have become increasingly higher.
Our office has been closely working with other affiliates of Sotheby's International Realty so as to collaborate in effort of actualizing strategic synergy together.
Locally, we are planning on having a closer partnership with major developers in the Philippines, who are in search of a company assisting them to provide domestic and international investors with opportunities to invest into their premier projects in prime locations.
We are confident that a perfectly well-balanced mix of domestic strength from those developers and international present from our company would further make us aspire ourselves on accomplishing our vision of becoming the top of mind, most recognized and influential Real Estate Company in the Philippines.
What are the opportunities that you see in the Philippine market?
The future for many businesses here in the Philipines is very promising and we believe that real estate industry here can make the most out of it. Since 2012, our economy has been stably developing with at least 6.1% growth rate in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and we shall continue to see this trend with stable govenmental control, population increase, rapid development of infrastructure led by "Build, Build, Build" program, and strong remittance from Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
In residential sector, vacancy rate is as low as 10.6% in Metro Manila, and we shall even expect the decrease of such rate, again despite many new developments to expect.
