Anjo Sumait

Anjo Sumait has been actively involved in the luxury real estate industry from a young age. He started his career in Robinsons Land Corp – Luxuria as a Senior Account Manager handling high end residential projects in the CBD areas namely, Makati, Ortigas and Bonifacio Global City. He was one of the few who successfully marketed The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place, the company’s premier and newest residential project at that time. He then joined the Filinvest group where he marketed luxury properties under the Filigree brand, specifically The Botanika Residences. He was also in charge of marketing exclusive club memberships in Palms Country Club in Alabang. He was recognized as one of the company’s top achievers driven by his outstanding performance.

Later on, he was eventually invited to join Ayala Land Corp, one of the country’s most prestigious real estate companies, as Premier Account Manager. During this stint, he was exposed to more high end and exclusive projects that allowed him to expand his network of elite clientele. He was then promoted to International Sales Ambassador, after he delivered strong business results and established professional networks both locally and globally, mainly in the Asia Pacific region.

Currently, he is with List Sotheby’s International Realty Philippines, as a Associate Director of Sales, where he is responsible for sales and leasing of high end properties covering luxury homes, vertical and horizontal developments and commercial office spaces. Anjo is reputed to be a high caliber realtor and is well equipped to manage all facets of the real estate business. His relentless passion for excellence and winning charisma have allowed him to be well-rounded in the business -- from helping navigate first time property buyers to providing best in class service to discerning luxury clients, he has them all covered.
