The amazing feeling of laying in the sand with the soothing sound of waves crashing while watching a gorgeous sunset is something everyone should be able to experience in Palawan.

Considered as the last frontier of the Philippines, Palawan is home to some of the country’s last few untouched beaches and undisturbed forests. Just a little under 32 hectares, this featured estate includes stretches of beaches and rock formations, as well as sloping hills and forests.

It is located in the boundaries of Brgy. San Isidro and Brgy. Alimanguan or commonly called Tagpis in San Vicente, Palawan.This area of Palawan is now being called the “New Boracay” and expected to become the “New Phuket” and “New Pattaya” of the Philippines.

San Vicente, Palawan is a lesser-known town tucked about halfway between Puerto Princesa City and El Nido, in the northern part of the island roughly three times times the length of the famed White Beach Boracay. Getting to the  Long Beach currently involves land travel from either Puerto Princesa or El Nido on newly constructed roads.

With the planned airport in San Vicente, and various infrastructures on the pipeline, it won’t be long before this paradise gets discovered.
